Our Work
Site Recovery & Digital Presence Rebuild
Floors Outdoors lost their site to a hack — offline for over a month with no enquiry channel. We recovered what we could and rebuilt on secure infrastructure: separate service pages, structured content for Google, and a working mobile experience.
At a glance
| Before | After | |
|---|---|---|
| Site status | Fully compromised — offline for approximately a month | Live on new, secure infrastructure and regained possession |
| Service pages | Lost to the hack — partially recovered from backups | Separate page per service — rubber surfacing, resin bound paving, acrylic surfacing, synthetic grass |
| Enquiry channel | No online contact available | Contact form and quote request live |
| Mobile experience | N/A — site was down | Fully responsive across all devices |
| Google indexability | No presence | Structured service pages with content, descriptions, and FAQs |
| Ads readiness | No pages to send traffic to | Per-service URLs ready for campaigns |
The Challenge
The site was fully down after a hack — no presence, no way for a prospect to find them or get in touch. Councils, schools, and childcare centres are their main clients: buyers who research before they call, and who won't engage with a business that has no online presence.
What We Did
Recovered what we could from legacy backups for business context, then rebuilt everything on new, secure infrastructure. Separate pages for each service — rubber surfacing, resin bound paving, acrylic surfacing, and synthetic grass.
Structured content on each page built for Google to index. Contact form and quote request live. All service pages built with dedicated URLs ready for ad campaigns.
The Outcome
Floors Outdoors is back online with a professional presence that matches the clients they're targeting. The next phase covers SEO, Google and Meta Ads, and automated enquiry flows.
