The challenge
Floors Outdoors installs synthetic grass, rubber safety surfacing, acrylic sports courts and resin bound paving across Sydney. Most of their work starts with someone finding them online.
Then their website was hacked. It was offline for more than a month, and with it went the main way new customers found them and asked for a quote. Every week offline was work going to someone else.
What we did
We got them back online first, then rebuilt properly so it wouldn’t happen again.
- Recovery. We saved what we could from the old site, including the content and the project work they’d built up.
- A secure rebuild. The new site runs on modern, secure hosting and is looked after, so it isn’t left exposed again.
- Clear service pages. Each of the four services has its own page, so customers (and Google) can see exactly what they do.
- Built for Google. Content is structured so search engines understand the business, with the basics for local search in place.
- Works on a phone. Most people search on mobile, so the site was built for mobile first.
- Enquiries that don’t get lost. Quote requests are captured automatically and sent straight to the team.

Floors Outdoors is back in front of customers, with a faster, safer website that shows their work properly and makes it easy to ask for a quote.
